How long does delivery take?

Because we are continuously developing and improving our products, many items are produced on demand. This allows us to focus on quality and reduce unnecessary waste. As a result, delivery usually takes 7–14 days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link straight away.

What is your return policy

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Please note: return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What if a product doesn’t stick properly?

Can your products be used in any home?

Absolutely. Our solutions are suitable for rental homes, owned homes, apartments and houses. They work on smooth surfaces such as tiles, glass and sealed walls.
